致洪森总理的一封信
尊敬的洪森总理：
您好! 我是一名中国公民，两个月前来到金边工作。来到这里以后我看到这是个热情，朴实，经济腾飞充满朝气的地方，但同时我也经历了非常糟糕的事情！短短两个月我经历了两次抢劫，两次护照财物都被抢光，差不多损失了六万元人民币左右。
当然，钱不是最重要的，我的护照和其他证件的丢失，导致我在这边正常的生活和工作遭到了极大困难和阻碍。我在损失了财物的同时也在伤害我们这些来金边发展的友好中国公民，我在去大使馆补办证件的时候，看到了很多我的同胞因为飞车贼的抢劫导致证件，财物丢失，人身安全受到危害，有些甚至重伤住院。
中国历来跟柬埔寨以友好建交，但是每个中国公民过来的体验感却差强人意，我们跟你们一样热爱这个国家，这座城市，我们跟你们一样希望它们越来越好，繁荣昌盛，但是在现如今的治安环境下，无疑会影响很多外来人口选择柬埔寨金边作为长期事业发展的决定，甚至于直接影响到柬埔寨的旅游业。
大家出门的时候都胆战心惊，没有任何的安全保障，这对金边以及柬埔寨的经济势必会造成很大的影响。 作为一名普通的中国公民，我怀揣着我的梦想来到这里，却接连遭遇这样的事，心里很难过，也很惋惜。
金边眼下已经成为了中国人选择投资和旅游度假的热门地区，我们来到金边的人也在不遗余力的去帮助金边向全世界宣传，如果治安环境依然如此，怕是会让很多人望而却步。
在此，我诚挚的给阁下您写了这封信，希望政府可以加大管理力度，保障我们的人身财物安全。最后祝您身体健康，祝柬埔寨越来越富强。

此外，这名中国同胞还写了英文版的信件，原文内容如下：
Dear Prime Minister Hun Sen:
Hello! I am a Chinese citizen and came to Phnom Penh two months ago to work. After coming here, I saw that it was a warm, simple, economically full of vigor, but at the same time I also experienced very bad things!
In just two months, I experienced two robberies, and two passports were robbed. Light, almost lost about 60,000 yuan.
Of course, money is not the most important. The loss of my passport and other documents has caused my life and work here to be extremely difficult and hindered. While losing my belongings, I was also hurting our friendly Chinese citizens who came to Phnom Penh.
When I went to the embassy to reissue the documents, I saw many of my compatriots’ documents due to the robbery of the flying thief, the property was lost, and personal safety was Hazard, some even seriously injured in hospital.
China has always established friendship with Cambodia, but the experience of each Chinese citizen is not satisfactory. We love this country as much as you. This will have a great impact on the economy of Phnom Penh and Cambodia. As an ordinary Chinese citizen, I came here with my dreams, but I suffered from such things in succession, and I was very sad and sorry.
